Aromatherapy massage is based on Swedish massage techniques and uses a blend of carefully selected essential oils.

The goal of Swedish massage incorporating aromatherapy is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart.

Swedish massage uses long strokes, kneading and deep circular movements. The therapist will apply and massage the aromatherapy oils into the body. You would benefit from a treatment if you suffer with any concerns such as pain relief, stress, insomnia, fatigue, muscle tension and muscular soreness or stiffness.
